By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any services provided by Jeanine Tripodi Consulting, LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Scope of Services

Jeanine Tripodi Consulting, LLC provides consulting, coaching, educational, and hypnosis-based services designed to support emotional composure, self-awareness, behavioral patterns, and personal development.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Composure Codes™ program
  • Hypnosis or hypnotherapy sessions
  • One-on-one consulting sessions
  • Group programs or workshops
  • Digital courses, recordings, and written materials

These services are intended to support mental and emotional resilience, clarity, and behavioral awareness in high-stakes or personal situations.


2. Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

Jeanine Tripodi is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical provider, or attorney. Services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition, and do not replace professional legal advice.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical, psychological, or legal concerns.


3. Hypnosis Services Disclaimer

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are collaborative processes that support focused attention, relaxation, and subconscious exploration.

Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in hypnosis
  • You remain aware and in control during sessions
  • You may stop a session at any time

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.


4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your participation, decisions, and actions throughout and after your engagement.

This includes:

  • Being honest and communicative
  • Engaging with the material and sessions
  • Applying what is discussed or practiced

Results are influenced by your level of participation and personal commitment.


5. Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy

By purchasing a service, you agree to the fee associated with the selected program or offering at checkout.

All payments are due as stated at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to services, sessions, or materials has been granted.

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation.


6. Scheduling and Session Policies

For scheduled sessions:

  • Clients are responsible for booking and attending sessions on time
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited

Details may vary by program and will be communicated at enrollment.


7. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential to the best of our ability.

Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including recordings, scripts, frameworks, and written content, are the intellectual property of Jeanine Tripodi Consulting, LLC.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.


9. No Guarantees

While these services are designed to support meaningful personal shifts, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Each client’s experience is unique and influenced by many factors outside the control of the provider.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeanine Tripodi Consulting, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in services.

By engaging in services, you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.


11. Good Faith Engagement

Both parties agree to enter this relationship in good faith, with the intention of creating a productive and respectful experience.

Services are not intended for use in adversarial, evaluative, or investigative contexts.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.


13. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
