I’m a certified relationship coach, hypnotherapist, and subconscious reprogramming specialist and I’ve been helping clients navigate big transitions and high-stakes emotional moments for nearly 15 years.
After going through my own high-conflict divorce, I know how easy it is to freeze, shut down, or spiral in the very moments you most need your strength. That’s why I created this support: to help you stay calm, focused, and clear so you can advocate for yourself with confidence.
My approach blends emotional regulation, mindset coaching, and targeted hypnotherapy. I'm not giving you a script, I’m teaching you how to anchor into your own steadiness so you can speak with strength.Â
When you feel steady on the inside, everything shifts on the outside.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this therapy?
A: Nope. This isn’t therapy, and it doesn’t replace it. What I offer is targeted support using subconscious tools, hypnotherapy, and emotional coaching to help you stay calm and clear when you need it most. It’s fast-acting, forward-moving, and focused on how you show up in high-pressure moments.
Q: What if I’m already working with a therapist?
A: Amazing. This work complements therapy beautifully. While your therapist may help you process and heal, I help you apply tools in real time so you’re emotionally prepared for the courtroom, the conference room, or anywhere else you might freeze or fold.
Q: What if I’m afraid I’ll break down or forget everything?
A: That’s exactly what this is for. We’ll work directly with your nervous system and subconscious patterns so you can regulate your emotions and stay present even when things get hard. You’ll walk in with calm, clarity, and the tools to hold your ground.
Q: What if I don’t know what I want to say yet?
A: You’re not alone. So many people walk into legal processes unsure of their own voice. That’s part of what we uncover together your truth, your end game, and what you really want to say without getting emotionally hijacked in the moment.
Q: What is Voxer, and how do I use it?
A: Voxer is a free voice and text messaging app that lets us stay connected between sessions. You can pop in with questions, get a real-time reset before a big meeting, or vent when you need support. I check messages Monday through Friday and respond within 24 hours, often much sooner.
Q: Do I have to be going through divorce to use this?
A: Not at all. I’ve supported clients through custody cases, post-divorce issues, mediation, depositions, and even high-conflict communication outside of court. If you’re facing a legal situation that’s emotionally charged, this support can help.
Q: Is this confidential?
A: Absolutely. Everything we discuss is private. It is often helpful for me to be able to speak with your lawyer, but that is only with your permission. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can get the support you need to show up strong.
Q: Can you work with both parties in a case?
A: No. To protect emotional safety and maintain full trust, I only work with one party per case. If I’ve already worked with your former partner or co-parent, I won’t take you on as a client, and vice versa.
Q: How far in advance should I start?
A: Ideally, give yourself at least four weeks before your court or mediation date, but I’ve also supported clients on shorter timelines. The earlier we start, the more time we have to integrate the tools. That said, even one session can make a meaningful difference.
